My Radio Shows & Jingles

During the making of these radio shows I learnt quite a bit about the whole productions to do with radio. we had to create jingles to do with the different radio shows we were going to do. This meant we had to choose a song, edit it so it was a few seconds long and add a voice over so the jingle would tell the listener what they were listening to.

In creating these we were able to get to grips with the basic equipment and the music software that gets used within the media such as reaper.

We Then had to create out Radio Shows. In doing this we learnt how to use the music boards and how to place music onto the

Adobe Illustrator Work

This is some of my Illustrator work. Doing this i learnt how to control my layers, and how to use illustrator.

I first searched Google images to fine an appropriate picture of snoopdawg. I then imported it into the adobe software illustrator. after doing this i began drawing over it with the line and curve tool to create different shapes going off the lighting and the materials in the image. as you can see the different skin colors are because of the amount of light being reflected of his skin. Also in the glasses the light in the top corners are where you can see the light.

Adobe After Effects Work

This work we did in after effects was quite challenging. This was because it was the 2nd adobe software we learnt to use and in my opinion it is the hardest. It was very hard to get to grips with the tools and equipment on the software and took a lot of playing around before i could create anything.

Our first task on this software we had to create a opening sequence for the film 'The Devil Rids Out'. This took a lot of time to do right because we had to import a lot of things from the moddle and make sure everything was in the right pace at the right time. We also had to change the color of the smoke in the background and reflect it down the middle as it originally started as one single stream of smoke.

This next task was to create a E-Sting for the E4 TV Channel. For this i had to import a specific background to make sure the files were all the correct size, but i ended up importing the wrong one a few times that is why the edges go a little bit loopy. This task taught me how to control my time better and also how to import work from other adobe software's.

My Music Video

This was my final piece for my music video. in this Unit we had to create our own idea for a music video and in groups decide witch one we were going to do and go ahead and film it. This taught me how important time management was and how i needed to get work done and not put it off.
This final video i chose to work on my own because the footage we got was insufficient so i decided to record my own music video with help from friends.

In the planning, recording and editing of my music video, a lot of pre-production and planing went into the making of the final product. This is just a glimpse of the work and effort i put into creating the video.

The reason why this script is different to my music video is because i had to re write my whole music video in a matter of days. This is why i haven't re done my scripts or pro-production.
